TERMS OF SERVICES

1. Scope

These Terms govern all private tour and transport services provided in the Netherlands.


2. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings must be made through the official website.

  • Partial payment is required at time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

  • Standard rate: €50 per hour, calculated from agreed start time until completion.

  • Minimum billing period: 3 hours (unless otherwise agreed).

A booking is confirmed only upon successful payment authorization.


3. Refund & Cancellation Policy (Hourly €50 Structure)

  • Free cancellation up to 48 hours before start time → 100% refund

  • 24–48 hours → 50% refund

  • Less than 24 hours → no refund

Late arrival by the customer does not extend booked time.
Unused time during a booking period is non-refundable.

Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 7–14 business days.


4. Modification by Company

We reserve the right to modify routes due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Traffic

  • Safety concerns

  • Government restrictions

In case of force majeure, full refund or rescheduling will be offered.


5. Waiver & Limitation of Liability (Private Transport Clause)

By booking our private transport services, the customer acknowledges and agrees:

  • Travel involves inherent risks (traffic, weather conditions, public areas).

  • Flying Carpet Amsterdam is not liable for delays caused by third parties.

  • Customers are responsible for their personal belongings.

  • Liability is limited to the total amount paid for the booked service.

The Company shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.


6. Governing Law

 

These Terms are governed by Dutch law.
Disputes shall be submitted to competent courts in the Netherlands.
